Tony Grist is one of Australia’s most successful and innovative corporate investors and strategists. He was the co-founder and Chairman of former ASX (Australian Stock Exchange) listed company Amcom that merged with Vocus Communications in 2015. In 2016 Vocus Communications merged with M2 to create the fourth largest telecommunications company in Australia. Tony was one of the principal architects behind the creation of this major telco. He earned the admiration of the Australian corporate finance world when he managed to complete the Amcom/Vocus merger in the face of a hostile blocking stake bought by TPG Telecom.
