St George’s College Wine Dinner
Featuring Wines from Carpe Diem Vineyards
The night includes a 3-course meal prepared by our exceptional College chefs, Tony de Brite and Victor Teplan. Both chefs have worked in kitchens in WA and overseas. Tony’s resume includes Lisbon’s champagne bar Bubbles and The Old Brewery on the Swan River, while Victor was behind the scenes at Fremantle’s Bib & Tucker and Rockpool at the Crown Perth.
Gianfranco and Francesca Anderle are avid supporters of the College, supplying us with many of their beautiful wines as well as sending their two sons, Umberto and Edoardo, to reside at St George’s.
When: Saturday 3rd February 2018
Time: 6:30pm for pre-dinner drinks in the Quad; 7pm for Dinner in the Dining Hall
Dress: Lounge suit
