The Georgian Wine Committee is pleased to invite Georgians and their guests (non-Georgian guests are very welcome) to the
St George’s College Wine Dinner
Featuring Sparkling Wine from Mann Winery and Wine from Zarephath Wines
We will begin with pre-dinner sparkling wine from Mann Winery [Anthea Mann (1986)] with the 2016 vintage released exclusively for the College on the evening. Wines from Zarephath [Ian Barrett-Lennard (1972)] will be featured during the three course meal prepared by our College chefs.
When: Friday 20th July 2018
Time: 6:30pm for pre-dinner drinks in the Quad; 7pm for Dinner in the Dining Hall
Dress: Lounge suit
Cost: $100 per person. This includes a a fresh and seasonal 3 course menu created by our chefs Sonja and Tony who have paired each course to compliment a glass of Zarephath wine.
