St George’s College offers a wide variety of accommodation options within its 197 rooms and 6 townhouses, ranging from air-conditioned en-suite guest rooms to rooms with shared facilities. Many of our original College rooms provide sweeping views across the Swan River. The College is a perfect base from which to explore The University of Western Australia, the City of Perth, and many other landmarks.

Outside the academic year the College welcomes conference groups, associations and sporting groups, retreats, and individual travellers. The College is conveniently located close to restaurants and shops, community services, and The University of Western Australia's sporting facilities.

Memorial Wing Townhouse

The six Memorial Wing Townhouses each comprise of 3 double en suite rooms.  The townhouses are ideal for small groups and are fully self-contained. One wheelchair accessible townhouse is available. Each modern townhouse features:

  • 3 double rooms with en suites (each room may be individually locked)
  • Kitchen and laundry
  • Lounge and dining area
  • TV
  • Air-conditioning
  • Courtyard
  • Internet connection capabilities

Newby Wing Single Room

The modern Newby Single rooms are located in the Newby Wing, close to the College Dining Hall. Each room features:

  • Single bed
  • Desk
  • Fridge
  • Air-conditioning
  • Internet connection capabilities
  • Each pair of rooms shares one bathroom
  • En suite and wheelchair-accessible rooms are also available
  • Laundry access

North and South Wing Single, Twin and Double Rooms

The North and South Wings are located at the rear of the College, close to King’s Park and the Chapel. Rooms feature:

  • Single, twin or double beds
  • Shared bathroom facilities (with limited en suite rooms)
  • Air conditioning
  • Balconies
  • Internet connection capabilities
  • Laundry access
  • Views of the surrounding gardens and main College buildings

Original Wing Rooms

Built in 1931, these rooms are the original College rooms housed within the main building.  Located over three levels, the Original Wing rooms are grouped together with shared bathroom facilities. They possess a distinct character, with a feeling of tradition and history thanks to the generations of scholars that have passed through. Rooms feature:

  • Single or double beds
  • Shared bathroom facilities (with limited en suite rooms)
  • Air-conditioning
  • Hand basin (in most rooms)
